What was interesting that he had only twelve Products, but did offer a
Service, though limited, in Product range, his service was valuable ,
because his Products only came from Australia, with limited input
from other countries, and his Service was such he guaranteed his
Products for twenty years. No wonder the Products needed to be of a high
standard in material and workmanship.
At first he did not believe in Targeting his Products.
